Staff Profiles
David B DeJong, CPA, earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. As a third generation Lodian, and a graduate of Tokay High School, Mr. DeJong was delighted to return to Lodi after college and start his career in the community he loves. David has been practicing as a Certified Public Accountant since 1986. His has proactively navigated through ever changing laws and regulation providing his family of clients with advice on best tax strategies allowing them to keep as must of their taxable income as legally allowed.

Jerry D Hugo, CPA earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Sacramento State and his Master’s Degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Previously self-employed for over 30 years with an accounting and tax practice, Jerry brings his expertise in individual, partnerships, corporations, trust and estates returns to the Firm.
His professional affiliations include:

- 20+ years on the Lodi Memorial Hospital Foundation Board
In his spare time Jerry enjoys golfing, adding to his wine collection, and cooking Italian dishes for his family.

JoAnne Mounce earned her Accounting Certificate from South Lake Tahoe Community College and later received her Associate in Arts Degree with Honors from San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton. JoAnne is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Her professional affiliations include:
- Former Lodi City Councilmember, elected 2004
- Former Lodi City Mayor, appointed 2008 and 2012
- Past President of the League of California Cities
Ms. Mounce is a third-generation Lodian and has been a longtime advocate of the aging areas of Lodi. For enjoyment, JoAnne volunteers for many community organizations such as Lodi Historical Society and the LRWF Unit.
JoAnne’s pledge is “to provide outstanding governance for a group vision focused on world class service to our family of clients.”
Kristian Robinson has been working in the accounting industry for over 15 years and is the tax receptionist / secretary for the firm.
Her pastime includes her faith, family, and Mary Kay Consulting.
